Biography

Catalina Hoffmann Muñoz-Seca is CEO and founder member of Catalina Hoffmann Holding Group, experts in the elderly. She is graduated in PDD of IESE Business School of Navarra University. She has studied Occupational Therapy and is specialist in cognitive stimulation. She is a regular contributor to various media and It is also associated and mentor of the European Professional Women\'s Network EPWN in areas of entrepreneurship, leadership, motivation and business innovation. She belongs to the TOP TEN of CEO. In 2004 and in the ranking of The Top 100 Women Leaders in Spain 2012 (Category: Business). Registered as a scientific work in intellectual property, the Hoffmann Method was created by Catalina Hoffmann in 2004. This method is an organizational and functional system, approaches the elderly world from a comprehensive perspective. The Hoffmann Method is a rehabilitation and preventive treatment method with physical, cognitive, psychological and social benefits, specialized in older people. On June 2013 Catalina was appointed President of SECOT a Non-Profit Association and declared public utility in 1995. She was awarded the Prince of Girona Foundation Awards 2013 as entrepreneurial. In 2013 she founded the Catalina Hoffmann Holding Group. It´s a group of companies specialized in different areas of science, health, health care, new technologies, consulting, innovation and development of new products and services.
