It is expected that outreach support can enable medical institutions to reduce the number of beds occupied by providing methods of continuation of “independent life on their own” for persons with mental disorders in the community. In the future, it is important to provide comprehensive multidisciplinary outreach support that takes into consideration a person’s individuality.
