Biography
After completing medical school at Panjab University in India, Dr. Asghar traveled to the University of Alberta in Canada to receive her Master of Science from the Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Asghar joined LSU Health Shreveport in November 2019. She is actively involved in research projects and has participated in several publications and presentations. In her free time, Dr. Asghar enjoys swimming, playing piano, and journaling. She is a strong advocate for environmental preservation and ending cruelty to all animals.
