Biography
As the Vice President of the Group, Dr. Subashnie Devkaran with the leadership team holds regular events including an annual leadership seminar. The MENA Group has had a 16% growth in affiliates over the past year. UAE has doubled its ACHE membership in two years. Through such efforts, ACHE works toward its goal of being the premier professional society for healthcare executives dedicated to improving healthcare delivery. Also, Dr. Subashnie Devkaran is Manager – Accreditation, Quality and Patient Safety Institute,Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, UAE. She has regional leader in quality, patient safety and patient experience. She has held several leadership positions in quality and patient safety in the Middle East and South Africa. She led various hospitals through quality certification, hospital accreditation and regulatory audit programmes.

She continues to serve on various regulatory committees and leadership societies in the Middle East.
