Dr. Kewei Sha is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science at University of Houston, Clear Lake (UHCL). He is also the Associate Director of Cyber Security Institute at UHCL. Before he moved to UHCL, he was the Department Chair and Associate Professor in the Department of Software Engineering at Oklahoma City University. He received Ph.D in Computer Science from Wayne State University in 2008. His research interests include Internet of Things, Cyber-Physical Systems, Mobile Computing, and Network Security and Privacy. Dr. Sha has served as the secretary of Technical Committee on the Internet of the IEEE Computer Society (IEEE-CS TCI), a guest Editor at Wireless Personal Communications, International Journal on Security and Networks and EAI Transactions on Wireless Spectrum, a conference technical program committee chair for ICCCN 2015, a workshop general chair for ICCCN 2013, a workshop founder and chair of MobiPST and MedSPT, a session chair in ICCCN and CollaborateCom, a member of editorial board in several journals, and a program committee member in numerous conferences. Based on the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (IEEE CIS) evaluation, his "Industrial Application Success Story" has got the 2014 winner of highest rank, thus being selected to become the first internationally industrial success story being reported on the IEEE CIS website. Mu-Chun Su received the B. S. degree in electronics engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, in 1986, and the M. S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from University of Maryland, College Park, in 1990 and 1993, respectively. He was the IEEE Franklin V. Taylor Award recipient for the most outstanding paper co-authored with Dr. N. DeClaris and presented to the 1991 IEEE SMC Conference. Dr. Arcady Putilov received his PhDs (candidate and doctor of science) from the Institute of Physiology (Novosibirsk) and the Siberian Medical University (Tomsk), He’s a research group leader at the Institute for Molecular Biology and Biophysics (Novosibirsk). He’s experienced in study of rhythmic processes in physiology, biochemistry, zoology, ecology, psychology, psychiatry, and history. His other research interests include sleep regulation, personality, individual differences, evolutionary psychology, and history. He authored several hundred scientific publications including books and articles in peer reviewed international journals.
