Biography

Abdulaziz is a Saudi National, who lives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He is currently the Co-owner and Vice President of CCIC Establishment; formerly he was the Executive Director for Quality Management King Saud University Hospitals and College of Medicine 1997- 2009. He worked as Assistant Professor of Clinical Pharmacy, University of Minnesota. 1980-1983, Research Associate Cardiac Surgery, United Hospital, St. Paul, Minnesota 1981-1983, Director of Pharmacy Services King Saud University Hospitals 1100 Beds, 1983-1997. Abdulaziz has a Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree from King Saud University and Doctorate degree in Clinical Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota. He is also a Clinical Toxicologist and Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Intensive Care. He is also is a Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ), California Board. He is a Quality Associates International, and ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) and Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CSSMBB). He is a member of the National Association of Healthcare Quality (NAHQ). He was the president of the Healthcare Care Quality Management Network for three years. He was a member of King Abdulaziz Quality Award, Committee, and The Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI). He has published seven books on Quality Management, Pharmacy, and Toxicology and more than 120 papers in national and international journals
