Biography
Cindy has a Master’s degree in Nursing and has held a variety of progressive leadership positions in healthcare sector. In her current role, she eads a number of corporate and clinically based initiatives and provides consultation, facilitation and advisory services within SickKids International. Rick has a Master’s degree in Nursing with a focus in leadership, policy and education. Currently the Director of Quality Management, Patient Safety and Infection Prevention & Control at SickKids, he has a particular interest in behaviour change to influence outcomes and in the measurement of organizational maturity with respect to quality improvement and patient safety.
