Able to envision long range strategy, communicate change, and implement it effectively—in multiple languages—Garber is both visionary and executor of big budget initiatives ($400M - $1.5B) involving millions of lives. Where Garber excels, however, is at developing networks and relationships with C-levels across borders and industries to deliver mutually beneficial returns.
Currently, Garber is the Chief Networking Officer for International SOS, where she designs, creates, and organizes hundreds of thousands of resources dedicated to enhancing corporate and individual health around the world. To date she has contributed to the development of medical and security networks around the world as well as executed a global cost containment strategy leading to tens of millions of dollars in healthcare savings worldwide.
In Garber’s former role as Chief Operating Officer, her responsibility was to deliver outstanding profits after tax by increasing productivity, expanding cash, reducing debt, and enhancing overall revenues for the Western Hemisphere.
Previously, Garber spent 14 years with FedEx in the US, Mexico and Brazil, culminating in the role of Managing Director, South America. A dual US/Italian citizen, Garber is an honors graduate from Rutgers University with a degree in foreign languages and a Master’s degree recipient with honors from the University of Pennsylvania. Reared in Spain, Mexico, Algeria, Egypt, the Dominican Republic and various US states, she is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Her work has taken her to every continent and 75 countries.
