Dr. Addeo has more than 20 years of experience at the senior management level at AT&T Bell Labs, Telcordia, and most recently at Panasonic Labs in Princeton. Dr. Kewei Sha is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science at University of Houston, Clear Lake (UHCL). He is also the Associate Director of Cyber Security Institute at UHCL. Before he moved to UHCL, he was the Department Chair and Associate Professor in the Department of Software Engineering at Oklahoma City University. He received Ph.D in Computer Science from Wayne State University in 2008. His research interests include Internet of Things, Cyber-Physical Systems, Mobile Computing, and Network Security and Privacy. Dr. Harry Wechsler serves as Professor of Computer Science at George Mason University (GMU) in Fairfax, VA, USA. He has been active in biomedical image processing, data mining, machine learning and pattern recognition, image analysis and understanding, biometrics, face recognition, forensics and evidence analysis, smart identity and information management, contents-based image retrieval (CBIR), and cyber security, with research funding coming from ARL, DARPA, DOD / TSWG, FBI, and NSF. The focus for his R&D is coping with uncertainty and uncontrolled settings, in general, and incomplete or degraded data, in particular. He organized the NATO ASI on Face Recognition and his book on Reliable Face Recognition Methods, was published by Springer in 2007. Dr. Wechsler has published over 300 papers and holds together with his former doctoral students 7 patents. He is an IEEE Fellow and an IAPR Fellow.

I found the non-profit Cell Therapy Research Foundation in USA and the Cell Therapy Institute in China. I pioneered human somatic cell therapies and genome therapies, and developed angiomyogenic cell therapies to treat debilitating and fatal diseases such as muscular dystrophies, cancer, heart diseases, Type II diabetes and aging. I pioneered and hold world patents on Human Myoblast Genome Therapy, a platform technology in Regenerative Medicine. My studies, published in Lancet, Nature and Science, have been featured on CNN, BBC, CBC, NBC, USA Today, New York Times and Wall Street Journal. Wanyang Dai is a distinguished professor of Nanjing University in China, Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information Engineering, Journal of Advances in Applied Mathematics. He was an MTS (permanent) in End-to-End Network Architecture Department of AT&T Bell Labs (now called Nokia Bell Labs), U.S.A., from 1996-1999, where he was a principal investigator of several lightning projects with some (nowadays called cloud computing) project won "Technology Transfer". Aidy Ali is a Professor of mechanical Engineering at National Defence University of Malaysia (UPNM). He received his first degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia, 1999. He then pursued his Ph.D degree in Year 2003 research on Improving Fatigue Life of Aircraft Components By Using Surface Engineering at Sheffield University, UK. He was awarded a Ph.D degree in March 2006.
